The troglodyte

‘’My friend’s enemies are my diner’’

The troglodytes are the human’s main enemies in the New Jerusalem underground. But it was not like this before. Thousands and thousands of years before, they worked under the Marmoreals, the architects of Hell, betrayed by their employers, Satan and friends. After being liberated by their masters, the troglodytes form a primitive society based on cooperation and discretion. The Underground is their refugee and the Humans that come around represent more food on the table. If the demons did not come and push them against their enemies, by corruption, use of force or menace, then would only track humans when they were very hungry.

In game terms, directed by the Demon player, the troglodytes are the army’s basic soldiers. They are weak, but their strength is in numbers. To help them, the Demon player can, each turn, add some bonus that will affect their different characteristics. The troglodytes are always changing, aggressive, quick and they can even dodge when the circumstance needs it. While the Humans get hurt and become weak during the game, the troglodyte army will always be a non-stopping flow of fresh new soldiers…
